Open Estates was founded by owners of an Estate Agents team, a Development Finance organisation and IT Consultants from the Property lettings sector who created REAAS (Real Estate as a Service) alongside our experienced property developers concentrated within the London property market, after several development experiences and looking in-depth into the real estate industry they founded Open Estates to assist the need for more higher quality living in the capital, with planned developments and a thriving rental market, Open Estates plans to bring the best properties to the best tenants.
Open Estates is a multi service property management firm. We utilise our partnerships in the industry and its property market analysis, provided from the latest information and technology to offer clients an efficient and prompt service and delivery of their desired property.
Our Rental service finds and pre-approves the quality of properties from across the capital, allowing tenants to simply walk straight into their space, all delegated from our headquarters based in Finchley, London.
